► Terms and Conditions for Multi-Ticket and Annual Pass
When purchasing a multi-ticket or annual pass for the first time, the buyer also receives a wristband, onto which new tickets can be loaded. The wristband costs €5 and is non-refundable. It comes with a two-year technical warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. The purchase receipt must be kept, as it serves as the warranty certificate.
The customer is responsible for their wristband and the tickets loaded onto it.
The 10- and 25-multi-tickets are valid for two years from the date of purchase.
The annual pass is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
The wristband is personal and may not be transferred to others. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the wristband is used in accordance with the current terms and conditions.
Lost Multi-Ticket or Annual Pass
It is possible to replace a lost multi-visit or annual pass, provided that a valid purchase receipt is presented. Replacement can only be made during the validity period of the multi-visit or annual pass. A fee of 5 € is charged for a new wristband, and any remaining visits or time will be transferred to the new wristband.
