Termination of a place at an after-school activities facility (eftis)
A place in the morning and afternoon activities is granted for the entire school year at a time. Guardians commit to the activity schedule they have reserved for one term at a time. Terminations and changes to the agreement can be made before the spring term. If guardians wish to change or terminate a place before the spring term, this must be done no later than November 30, 2025. Terminations and changes are made electronically.
The new agreement enters into force as of January 1. Only relocation from the municipality entitles exemption from the fee after the termination month.
If the agreement is terminated during an ongoing term, the full fee for the month of termination will be charged, as well as half of the fee for the remaining part of the term. The termination date is considered to be the date on which the termination has been received electronically.
